Harsha Walia is a Canadian political author and activist who has worked on issues ranging from immigration politics and Indigenous rights to feminist, anti-racist, anti-statist, and anti-capitalist movements. She has contributed to numerous academic journals, anthologies, magazines, and newspapers. Among her most recently published works are Red Women Rising: Indigenous Women Survivors in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside (2019) and Border and Rule: Global Migration, Capitalism, and the Rise of Racist Nationalism (2021).
