Geoff Dyer is an award-winning English author of novels and non-fiction books. He has been the Bedell Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Iowa's Nonfiction Writing Program in 2013 and now teaches in the PhD program at the University of Southern California. See/Saw: Looking at Photographs (2021), The Last Days of Roger Federer: And Other Endings (2022), and Homework: A Memoir (2025) are among his most recent books. In 2015 he was awarded the Windham–Campbell Literature Prize (Non-Fiction), the latest among more than ten awards and honors received throughout his career.
